If you are like most of the people I work with around the world, we have found that e-mail communication works (most of the time).
It "fits in" with our busy schedules, and, unless I have something pressing happening in life (and this does sometime happen) I will guarantee a 48 hour max turnaround time on any of your emails within the time period selected. Some emails may require further clarification and I may not be able to answer all of your questions (I do not know everything!) and I will tell you when that happens.
This is limited to email from one address (one real person -- PLEASE do not abuse me!). If you'd like to speak with me about multiple options for your organization (from 2 to ?????), please contact me.
